We ship via SingPost.
Most orders will ship out within 3-5 working days after payment is received.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, [in]trigue cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will only be charged for items that are shipped to you along with the applicable shipping and tax charges (if any).
Tariffs, Taxes and Duties
*IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies particularly to Europe and UK orders.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer cash refunds at this time. However, if an item does not work for you, we would be happy to offer you a store credit that will go toward your next order once your item has been returned.
To start a return request:

Please note that our jewellery is made with natural stones and all will be slightly different to one another.
If an exchange is required, please email with the title 'Defective Item' together with a picture of the defective product to 'firstname.lastname@example.org' within 48hours upon receiving it. We will follow up from there.
All shipping/mailing cost for return items is borne by customer.
