We currently deliver to the most countries internationally.

If you wish to purchase from a country that is not listed in the shipping zones during Checkout, reach out to us at info@in-trigue.com and we will advise you on relevant shipping methods and costs.

 

Shipping Methods 

We ship direct from Singapore via Local Couriers or Smartpac via Singapore Post for Singapore orders, or International Couriers for international orders. All orders shipped are trackable and require a signature upon delivery. 

Singapore

  • Smartpac Singapore : 2-5 working days
  • Courier Singapore : 1-3 working days (Delivery window will be between 10am to 7pm) 

International

  • Standard International : 8-20 working days
  • Express International : 3-5 working days

Please factor in our Order Processing times when expecting delivery of your order.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. In-trigue cannot take responsibility for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or any conditions beyond our control, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.

Duties & Taxes

The buyer is responsible for any taxes, customs charges and duties incurred on their purchases or shipment of the item that are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. In our experience, the most accurate way to get an estimate is to get in touch with the local International Courier hotline or customs office. We recommend getting an estimate before placing your order.

 

Do Take Note

In the event where no one is available to receive the shipment, it will be considered a failed delivery. Any applicable return and re-delivery fees will be have to be borne by the customer.

All shipments require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or someone at the specified shipping address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by In-trigue and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

We are unable to redirect orders to an alternative address once the order has been dispatched. Remember to select the most suitable shipping address when checking out. 

 

Exchanges & Returns

It is important to us that you are in love with your purchase.

We will therefore honour all exchanges and returns on In-trigue.com purchases, subject to the general terms and conditions below:

  • We accept returns within 10 business days of original delivery for Singapore orders and 20 days of original delivery for International orders
  • The item(s) should be returned unused and in perfect condition, in their original packaging
  • Discounted or promotional items can be exchanged (subject to availability) but cannot be returned
  • Earrings cannot be exchanged or returned
  • Please allow 7 business days for your refund. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed
  • Shipping and any related costs associated with an exchange or return are the responsibility of the customer
  • You will receive your refund in the form of online store credit your next In-trigue.com purchases

 

Exchange Procedure

In-trigue.com will exchange an item for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability. If the replacement size or colour is not available, you will be entitled to return the item and you will be refunded in the form of online store credit.

To exchange an item, notify us at info@in-trigue.com and quote your order number as reference. Inform us of the replacement size you require so that we can check on availability and put the item on hold. We will reply to you within 24 hours. 

Once we receive the item(s) we will inspect them to ensure they meet our Exchange Conditions. If these are met, we will dispatch the replacement item(s) within the next 2 business days.

Exchange Conditions

  • Item(s) to be exchanged must reach us within 10 business days (Singapore orders) or 20 days (International orders) from the date the original delivery was signed for
  • All items must be unworn and in the original packaging
  • All items must not be damaged or stained

In-trigue reserves the right to deny an exchange on any item where the above conditions have not been met. We thank you for your understanding.
