Orders & Shipping

Yes, we ship all over the world, our international orders are all shipped with our affiliated courier company, FEDEX, however, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. The cost of the shipment will be calculated and provided to you at checkout.

It depends on the destination country. Orders processed locally will take 3-5 days to arrive. International deliveries can take anywhere from 3-4 weeks. International shipping times may vary due to customs delays, but our customer care can work with you to estimate your order timing and delivery.

If you order multiple items and one of those is on preorder, we will hold on to your order and send it all together as soon as the preorder item arrives. However, if you would like the items that are in stock to be sent straight away, please email us at  info@in-trigue.com and we can split the shipments.

Yes, duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

If you would like to make any changes to your order, including your shipping address, or cancel it, please email us at info@in-trigue.com within two hours of placing the order and we will change any details we can.

Decisions take time and we're happy to accept returns if you've changed your mind. However, we are only able to accept returns on items, if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in terms of store credit, within a certain amount of days. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sizing

The best way to find out your ring size is to measure it with a soft tape measure or a piece of string and line it up against a ruler. Once you have the diameter of your finger in millimeters, you can compare it to our ring size guide here.
